|  | | Jamie Quinn’s fifth grade class at Center School in Longmeadow spearheaded a school-wide collection of more than 5,000 items for Staff Sgt. Travis Bailey and his unit who are serving in Afghanistan. The students delivered the items to Bailey’s mother, Karen O’Connor, on Dec. 19, 2011.
