LUDLOW — Three world-class magicians are joining local magicians for an evening at the Polish American Citizens Club, 355 East St.
Magic in the Valley will take place on Saturday, Aug. 19 at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
General admission is priced at $30 for adults and $15 for children 12 and under.

Magic in the Valley is a production of the Valley Conjurers, the local affiliate of Society of the American Magicians.
The Valley Conjurers is a club for magicians and magic enthusiasts in Greater Springfield.

The thing about magic is it creates a sense of wonder in people and I think that is really the difference between magic as live entertainment and other live entertainment,” Secretary Mark Bail said.
Magic in the Valley will showcase internationally renowned magicians Chris Capehart, Jimmy C and Bill Wisch.
Bail added, “These guys are at the top of their game. The cool thing is actually having people from our organization are going to perform with these people who are accomplished.”
Local conjurers include Rich Gilbert, Bob Hale, Deanna Congo, and Jake Dufour.
Bail said, “The great thing I think about magic is it really brings you into the performance and you feel much more engaged than you might at say a concert. Hopefully people come and they will be impressed.
