ASBAC to host business plan workshop

AGAWAM The Agawam Small Business Assistance Center (ASBAC) will be hosting a free workshop, "How to Make Your Best Business Plan" at the Senior Center on Dec. 16 from 6 to 8 p.m.

This workshop, a second in the series of workshops offered, will assist new and current business owners to write a plan that will guide them with funding sources and keeping on track in putting together their business venture.

Guest speaker will be Brian S. Fitzgerald, Esq. Fitzgerald is with the law firm of Frank P. Fitzgerald, P.C. He is a business attorney who has worked with hundreds of companies with respect to their business planning needs. Fitzgerald focuses his practice in the areas of general corporate law, business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions and commercial loan transactions.

Topics at the workshop will include; who you are in relationship to your business, why you are in business, who is your target client or customer, how you will generate profits, where you will operate your business, why your business is important, and what are your business goals both short and long term. A question and answer period will follow.
