Bregianes joins Palmer law office

PALMER Attorney James Rooney of Palmer has announced that Attorney James Bregianes of Wilbraham has joined him in the general practice of law at 1020 Thorndike St. He will concentrate in personal injury law, criminal defense, contract law and general litigation.
Bregianes is a member of the state and federal bars of Massachusetts and Connecticut and has been engaged in private practice for the past 14 years. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney fo Hampden County.
A graduate of Duke University, Bregianes received his law degree from Western New England School of Law where he served on the Western New England Law Review. He is the son of Marion Bregianes of Longmeadow and the Late Judge George Bregianes, a prominent Springfield lawyer who served as presiding justice of the Springfield District Court.
He and his wife Linda reside in Wilbraham with their twin sons Alex and Austin.
Rooney has maintained law offices in Palmer since 1967 with a concentration in personal injury law and estate planning and settlement.
