WILBRAHAM The threat of rain and storms did not stop Kent Pecoy and his team, and their many interested guests, from celebrating a grand opening event at Cedar Ridge of Wilbraham, an over 55 active adult condominium community located in Wilbraham.
The event took place May 31 and was a huge success. Cedar Ridge offers both ranch homes and town homes, and interested guests were able to tour through three fabulous, fully-furnished model homes.
During the event, a ribbon cutting ceremony was hosted by Pecoy, the developer, Eric Fuller, vice chair of the Wilbraham Planning Board and Ted Stevenson, member of the Planning Board. Pecoy commented, "I am pleased to see such an outpouring of interest and support. I believe Cedar Ridge is not only going to be a tremendous success, but just a spectacular community in which to live. Our current residents can't say enough great things about their new homes and the breathtaking land that surrounds them."
The Cedar Ridge sales office and model homes are now open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Sunday, noon to 3 p.m. Cedar Ridge is located at 404 Stony Hill Rd. For a model home tour or to learn more about Cedar Ridge, stop by their sales office or call 596-3003.
