Chamber plans April Breakfast

SPRINGFIELD - The Affiliated Chambers of Commerce of Greater Springfield will hold its April Breakfast Club on April 4 at 7:15 a.m. at Chez Josef, 176 Shoemaker Lane, in Agawam.

Sponsored by United Bank, TD Banknorth, NA, Bacon & Wilson, PC, and Skoler, Abbott & Presser, PC, the breakfast will salute PeoplesBank for the company's recent expansion and new president, Hogan Communications for its 20th anniversary, and the Valley Advocate for a new publication. Daughters of the Nile is the April non-profit salute. Ed Borgatti owner of EB's Restaurant will serve as chief greeter during the breakfast. Cheryl Gorski, executive director, Cancer House of Hope, will serve as Committee Chair. Neil LeBlanc, the Canadian consul general, will be the featured guest speaker, discussing "Canada and the United States: The World's Most Productive Partnership."

Reservations for the April breakfast are $20 for ACCGS members, $25 for nonmembers, and reservations must be made in writing and in advance.
