The enhancements to the site are designed to make it easier for local homebuyers who are seeking their dream home in New England. Villani noted that the changes are particularly significant since nearly 90 percent of homebuyers use the Internet to search for a home, according to the 2011 survey of homebuyers and sellers by the National Association of Realtors.
