Cuoco receives Diamond Elite award for real estate excellence

WILBRAHAM — Real Living Real Estate announced last month that Brenda Cuoco has received the Premier Service Diamond Elite national award for providing superior customer service to home buyers and sellers in Western Massachusetts.

The Premier Service Diamond Elite award was presented to Cuoco by Real Living Real Estate president Harley E. Rouda Jr., and she was recognized at the company's national business conference in Las Vegas, Nev. "As its name implies, Brenda Cuoco is now a member of an elite group of real estate professionals recognized nationally for providing incredibly high levels of customer service to their local clients," Rouda said. "With our Premier Service program, buyers and sellers are asked to complete a survey evaluating the service they receive and Cuoco received one of the company's highest rankings."

To qualify to become a Premier Service Diamond Elite award winner, Cuoco had to receive a minimum 97 percent customer satisfaction rating. Cuoco's customer satisfaction rating was 97 percent. Cuoco was one of six real estate agents in her company to receive this award.

"I am absolutely thrilled to receive this national award since it's an independent rating based upon evaluations from those people who matter most: my clients," Cuoco said.

Premier Service is one of the most comprehensive and effective customer service programs in the real estate industry.

Through the program, Real Living Real Estate's agents put in writing, up front, the services they will perform. Following the transaction, Real Living Real Estate asks customers to honestly rate their performance through a written survey from an independent third party.
