Fitzgerald Attorneys at Law welcomes Kirkland to firm

EAST LONGMEADOW – Fitzgerald Attorneys at Law, P.C., 46 Center Square, announced the addition of Attorney Kimberley K. Kirkland to the firm.

Kirkland, who earned her law degree from Western New England University (WNE) School of Law, focuses her practice in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, personal injury and domestic relations. She is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York.

Kirkland has experience mediating and litigating cases in Housing Court. In addition, she has provided in-depth counseling to small business owners through her involvement in the Small Business Clinic of the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at WNE. While at WNE, Kirkland was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board and the Frederick Douglass Moot Court Team. She also served as president of the Black Law Students Association.

With the addition of Kirkland, the firm now has six attorneys, including founder Frank P. Fitzgerald, Stephanie A. Fitzgerald, Brian S. Fitzgerald, Seth N. Stratton and Drost. The firm has a staff of 10 paralegals and assistants who support the attorneys to serve the firm's clients in Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut.
