Pride gives away $1,000 of free gas

SPRINGFIELD Pride, the area's leading independent retailer of quality fuel, food, beverages, and necessities, announced it will give away $1,000 in Free Fuel in a special drawing to be held Oct. 30. Participants can enter at any of Pride's 16 neighborhood locations. No purchase is necessary.

"Today, everyone is concerned about the high cost of fuel. At Pride, we're doing something about it," said Robert Bolduc, President of Pride. "Giving away $1,000 in free fuel will be a big help to one lucky winner. But it also calls attention to the fact that Pride stores consistently have some of the area's lowest prices on fuel, as well as on our in-store products, including brand-name convenience store items and food to go."

To get the word out about the $1,000 Free Fuel drawing, Pride will have special full-color advertising inserts and ads in area newspapers, as well as radio advertising.

Entry forms will be available at all Pride Stores. Deadline for entries is Oct. 29 and the drawing will be held on October 30. The winner will be notified by telephone. No purchase is necessary. There is a limit of one entry per person per store visit.

Founded in 1972, Pride is recognized as a market leader for competitive pricing on quality products and exceptional customer service. Pride stores feature state-of-the-art pumps, friendly trained staff, and amenities not often found in convenience stores, including copy and fax centers and clean public restrooms. Some Pride locations also have Dunkin Donuts and Subway restaurants. Pride has 16 neighborhood locations in Chicopee, Chicopee Falls, Easthampton, East Longmeadow, Feeding Hills, Hadley, Ludlow, Northampton, East Springfield, Sixteen Acres, Downtown Springfield, and West Springfield.
