| Berkshire Bank and Michael A. Mirski, Regional Branch Manager for Pioneer Valley, announced that Amy E. Fyden has been appointed branch manager for the Westfield branch at Little River Road. As branch manager, Fyden will be responsible for branch sales and operations, new business development, and educating customers on products and services offered by Berkshire Bank. She will manage and train her staff on the bank's products and services to assure excellent customer service in the Little River branch in Westfield. Prior to joining Berkshire Bank, Fyden was a branch manager with Greylock Federal Credit Union in Lee. She is a graduate of Western New England College and holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a minor in communications. She also holds a certificate in consumer loan underwriting from the American Institute of Banking. She has 15 years of banking experience. Fyden is a member of the Town of Becket Finance Committee. She resides in Becket with her husband Anthony and daughters Tia and Cassidy. |
