Hampden Bank announces promotions of Corthell, Scribner

SPRINGFIELD – In a move to further strengthen the long-term growth objectives of Hampden Bank, it is pleased to announce the promotions of Tara E. Corthell to senior vice president and director of Finance and Amy E. Scribner to vice president and director of Marketing.

Corthell joined Hampden Bank in October 2005 and has worked for the past eight years as the financial manager at Hampden Bank. She previously worked at Investors Bank & Trust in Boston as a Reporting and Compliance manager.

In Corthell’s new position she will oversee all of the organization’s financial functions.

Scribner joined Hampden Bank in 1990 and has worked in the Marketing Department since 2002. She is now responsible for the support of the bank’s strategic marketing initiatives as well as all marketing and advertising.
