La Cucina Express Trattoria located at 379 Williams St., Longmeadow had its grand opening on May 17. State Rep. Brian M. Ashe stopped by to present a citation from the Massachusetts House of Representatives to the owner of the restaurant, Mike Cimino of Longmeadow.
