The Mass. Bar Assoc. has reappointed Atty. Paul Nicolai as co-chair of the Fee Arbitration Board Committee, which resolves attorney/client fee disputes and disagreements between attorneys, decides the fair and reasonable value of the attorney's legal services and provides an alternative to the use of Small Claims, District or Superior Courts. The Fee Arbitration Board also publishes model fee agreements and presents programs that promote healthy communication between attorneys and clients. Nicolai is president of Nicolai Law Group, P.C. in Springfield.
