SPRINGFIELD MassMutual's Retirement Services Division has added three new relationship managers to support its growing business with third-party administrators (TPA). The new TPA relationship managers are focused on assisting advisors with plan reviews, investment change processing, product and service education and other valuable support for TPA-serviced plans on MassMutual's platform.

Karen Buoniconti joined MassMutual's TPA service organization on Jan. 2. She began her career with MassMutual in 1994 and has held a number of roles with increasing responsibility, all in the Retirement Services Division. She most recently served as a team leader and customer service specialist. Buoniconti supports the Western region.

Jim Keating assumed the role of relationship manager for MassMutual's TPA service organization on Nov. 11. He joined MassMutual in 1997 and has held a variety of key service roles, all in the Retirement Services Division, including account manager, quality assurance consultant, business analyst and, most recently, project manager. Keating supports the Northeast region.

Eric Sarrazin joined MassMutual's TPA service organization on Dec. 8. He joined MassMutual in 1997 and has held a number of sales and service roles in the company's Retirement Service Division, namely account manager, sales consultant and, most recently, national accounts communications consultant. Sarrazin supports the Southeast region.

"The new relationship managers are further evidence of MassMutual's commitment to delivering service excellence to our valued third-party administrators and their advisors," says Michael McKenzie, vice president and head of MassMutual's Retirement Services operations organization.
