Monson Savings adds to mortgage team

GREATER SPRINGFIELD — Monson Savings Bank has announced the appointment of two new Mortgage Originators, Lisa Gerulaitis and Marline Charette-Strange.

Gerulaitis brings 15 years of banking, customer service and lending experience to her post at Monson Savings along with a deep understanding of the local market.

She is well known in the community with a long list of organizations that she's volunteered for, including the Quaboag Hills Chamber of Commerce and The American Cancer Society.

She is a 2008 graduate of The New England School for Financial Studies and has numerous certificates from the American Bankers Association. She resides in Ware and is a lifelong resident of Western Massachusetts.

Charette-Strange brings more than 10 years of residential mortgage and customer service experience to her new position in addition to 25 years of experience in running her own business. She possesses a deep and com-prehensive knowledge of the real estate market because she has served as both a residential lender and a realtor.

She has been an active member of the Realtor Association of the Pioneer Valley and has served on numerous charitable committees.

Charette-Strange resides in Monson and has lived in Western Massachusetts all her life.

In 2010, Monson Savings Bank was the top mortgage lender in Monson and Hampden, number two in Palmer and Ware and number three in Wilbraham.
