EAST LONGMEADOW " Brothers Ralph and Carmine Capua, co-managers of a local Century 21 Real Estate firm, have recently expanded their operations from the west side of the Connecticut River to the east side.

Their new office at 674 North Main St. in East Longmeadow was established to help buyers and sellers in a new market.

The new office hosted an open house last Thursday, inviting the community to come in to see what Century 21 is all about.

We re number one in brand recognition nationally, Ralph said of what the company brings to the table. We re an extremely recognized name.

Associate Debbie Payne noted that Century 21 is known worldwide.

The company also offers mortgage assistance, a referral service and home warranties.

And, despite the economy, Ralph said those in the East Longmeadow office, which has been open for several months, has been holding their own in the market.

We expect business to pick up soon, Ralph said. Payne added this was because of taxpayers receiving refunds and the tax credit available to first time home buyers.

There s so much bad news, Payne told Reminder Publications, but there s no better time to buy and we re ready to service buyers in any way.

In addition to serving those wishing to buy or sells homes, the Capua brothers offer a new construction showroom in the East Longmeadow office for their business, Capua Home Builders.

We help those looking to buy a new house or build a new house, Ralph stated.

We do everything from A to Z, Payne added.

Other Century 21 firms under the management of the Capua brothers are located in West Springfield, Agawam, Westfield and Chicopee.
