This seminar will introduce the New Mass Privacy Law and give you info that you need to know to be in compliance. Topics will include the burdens of the law; ways around the law; how to assess your exposure to the required "Written Information Security Program"; computer system security; mandatory notification requirements; employee training; periodic review of your security program.
