Four marketing professionals are hosting a program for business owners on building customer loyalty, Oct. 12 at 8:30 a.m. at the Indian Orchard Community Building, 117 Main St., Indian Orchard. Executive/business coach Ravi Kulkarni will kick-off the program with a discussion on the importance of customer loyalty to the bottom-line. The roundtable program will also feature Lynn Turner, an executive/business coach and host of Business Link Radio. She will discuss the difference between good service and exceptional service. Gail Sterner, an information technology consultant, will talk about permission based e-mail, and Nina Berman, a communications professional, will talk about delivering a consistent message through marketing materials.
