Real estate office relocates

Bill Raveis, CEO of William Raveis Real Estate & Home Services, is pleased to announce the relocation of their East Longmeadow office to a larger, expanded facility located at 37 Prospect Street, just off the rotary. The new office is over 4,000 square feet with the capability to staff over 40 real estate agents as well as the firm's mortgage division. Since the company opened last January they have expanded their staff to 24 real estate sales agents, a new manager, Christopher Camerlin and additional support staff.

Carolyn Deal, President, is pleased with the growth of the office in such a short period of time. "I credit our success in this marketplace to the combination of the outstanding agents who have associated with our firm since we opened in January and the superior tools that our firm offers to the consumer."

On November 17 the firm held a grand opening event at the new location where over 120 people attended to view the new offices. Senator Brian Lees was in attendance along with other local dignitaries.

The office is equipped with state of the art computer equipment for consumers to view properties currently on the market and ample conference rooms. Whether relocating across town, to another city or state the William Raveis Real Estate Agents are ready to help consumers with all their buying and selling needs.

William Raveis Real Estate is the 7th largest independent real estate company in the country and has 51 offices with over 1500 sales associates. This is the firm's newest office in Massachusetts.
