REALTOR Association picks new president

SPRINGFIELD – Patrick S. Nolan of Agawam has been elected president of the 1,650-member REALTOR Association of Pioneer Valley.

The election took place at the association’s annual membership meeting, which took place at the Delaney House in Holyoke.

Nolan is broker-owner of Century 21 A-1 Nolan in West Springfield, and Hometown Associates with offices in Chicopee, Holyoke, Westfield and East Longmeadow.

As president he will oversee the association’s activities and operations including meetings of the Board of Directors, and act as a liaison to the association’s various committees. He is the official spokesperson of the association on issues related to the real estate industry and the local housing market.

The other 2014 officers and directors are; Dawn M. Henry of Palmer as president-elect, Louis P. Mayo of Belchertown as treasurer, Janise Fitzpatrick of Belchertown as secretary, and Brian P. Sears of Springfield as immediate past-president.

Directors include: Elias Acuna of Springfield, Edward Alford of South Hadley, Kelly Bowman of Sunderland, Suzi Buzzee of Northampton, Susan Drumm of Agawam, Susan M. Rheaume of Wilbraham, Richard Sawicki Jr., of Erving, and Heather Witalisz Siegel of Westfield.

Organized in 1915, the REALTOR Association of Pioneer Valley is a professional trade organization serving Franklin, Hampden and Hampshire counties.
