Rheaume receives broker license

WILBRAHAM Sue Rheaume of Landmark Realtors recently passed the Massachusetts Real Estate Broker Exam to receive her Massachusetts Broker License. Applicants for the broker exam must have completed a one year affiliation as an active Massachusetts salesperson under an active Massachusetts broker and complete the education required by the state Board of Licensure.

In addition, Rheaume also has received the designation of Loss Mitigation Certification from the MA Association of Realtors. LMC training provides extensive information and guidance on complicated transactions involving foreclosures, short sales, properties at auction or bank owned properties.

Rheaume is a member of the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley and received a President's Award for 2008 for achieving Two Million Dollars in Sales and serving as an active member of an association committee. She volunteers her time as a member of the RAPV Scholarship and Grievance Committees. She has been an active Realtor for 10 years with Landmark Realtors and currently holds the position of Sales Manager of the Landmark Wilbraham office. She resides in Wilbraham with her husband and two children.
