STCC, EANE offering workshops

SPRINGFIELD — With the goal of enhancing career training opportunities for area business professionals, the Center for Business and Technology at Springfield Technical Community College has partnered with the Employer's Association of the NorthEast (EANE) of Agawam and will conduct a variety of workshops and seminars at the college during the next few months.

Programs available during the next few months include: professional etiquette; human resource administrator series; communication skills for the customer service professional; customer service certificate program; creative talent acquisition strategies; dancing with porcupines; Writing skills; juggling multiple priorities; and conducting effective performance reviews.
