Strategic planning to be discussed at HCC

HOLYOKE — Develop and implement a strategy for a successful 2011. The Kittredge Center for Business and Workforce Development at Holyoke Community College (HCC) is offering a free two-hour strategic planning workshop. Using the Balance Scorecard Implementation Tool, participants will develop and articulate a strategy, establish linked objectives aimed at implementing that strategy, and measure progress toward meeting those objectives. The workshop for non-profit organizations will take place on Jan. 18 from 9 to 11 a.m. The workshop for businesses will be Jan. 19 from 9 to 11 a.m. Space is limited; reservation required.
