A house fire occurred on Aug. 21 on Franklin Street in Meriden, Conn. By 11 p.m. the families were are Mid-State Hospital in Meriden. Hunter Jandreau, the son of Rebekah Delisle and Rob Jandreau, was unable to be resuscitated and died of smoke inhalation. Ricky and Melissa D'Aniello's children, Tristyn and Trent, were badly burned. Trent and Tristyn were air-lifted by by Life Star to Boston and are at the Shriners Children's Burn Hospital. Four-year-old Tristyn has burns on 30 percent of his body, while Trent, 2, has burns on about 17 percent of his body. A ziti supper will be held at the Melha Shrine Center hsoted by the Melha Riders to help defer some of the transportation costs that have occurred while the children are in the Shriners Children's Burn Hospital. Please come and attend this event to help the families of this tragedy. Ticket price is $10 for adults, $5 for children ages six to 12, and those under six will be free.
