| SPRINGFIELD Yvonne Pola has been named Director of the Sister Caritas Cancer Center at Mercy Medical Center. In this position, Pola is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of cancer treatment services, including Radiation Therapy, the Outpatient Infusion Center, cancer data services, community outreach and education, marketing and program development. Previously, Pola served as the Business Operations Manager of Oncology Services and Interim Manager of the Bone Marrow Transplant Acquisition Service at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wis. She has extensive experience in Radiation Oncology and is affiliated with the Society of Radiation Oncology Administrators and the Medical Group Management Association. "Yvonne brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Sister Caritas Cancer Center," said Sharon Adams-Babineau, Vice President of Patient Care Services at Mercy Medical Center.
