| On Dec. 12, Orchard Covenant Church at 95 Berkshire St. in Indian Orchard will have a story and play time at 10:30 a.m. for parents and their preschool children. "Santa's Favorite Christmas Story" will be presented along with a craft. Participants are then invited to join others for a special lunch which will feature macaroni and cheese. All are welcomed to the lunch; there is no fee. Orchard Covenant Church serves a lunch that is open to the public on Wednesdays at noon. Other events during the Christmas season include a musical program on Dec. 16 at the regular 11 a.m. service and Christmas Eve Candlelight Service at 5 p.m. Pastor Nancy Ebner and the congregation wish to extend a warm welcome to the neighborhood and the surrounding towns.
