Supporting Young Musicians

Representing the Hampden Bank Charitable Foundation, Debbie Garvin, business banking specialist for the Hampden Bank (center), recently visited the Prelude Preschool of the Arts at the Community Music School of Springfield.

Garvin toured the School, met some of the children enrolled in the summer program, and presented Preschool Head Teachers Jacqueline Motyl (left) and Aric Bieganek with the foundation's 2010 check for $10,000. The Hampden Bank Charitable Foundation has made a five-year commitment to support the operation of the unique preschool which focuses on learning through the arts.
