Concert series returns with special benefit performance

EAST LONGMEADOW The East Longmeadow Rotary Club has released its 21st Anniversary Concert Schedule.

All concerts start at 7 p.m. at East Longmeadow High School's athletic field. In event of rain, watch 22NEWS (WWLP) at 6 p.m. for weather information. Bring your own lawn chairs.

The schedule is as follows:

Aug. 16 Benefit Concert Variety Show Finale (rain date: Aug. 17).

This variety show is a fund-raiser for East Longmeadow teen Cory Garwacki.

The evening will feature The Jazz Singer in a tribute to the music of Neil Diamond.Additionally, there will be an award-winning gymnastics demonstration, a stand-up comedy act, and musical performances from some of the Dane Kane Singers, as well as the musical group, The Serenity Frame. Sponsor: 22NEWS (WWLP) & Rotary Club of East Longmeadow.

This event will take place at 180 Maple Street, East Longmeadow High School Athletic Field, from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
