EAST LONGMEADOW On March 11, the East Longmeadow community has an opportunity to come together and enjoy entertainment by the East Longmeadow Senior Chorus, the East Longmeadow Suburban Cheerleaders, some free skate time after the game ... and did we mention discounted tickets to see the Springfield Falcons play rival Providence Bruins? Oh, that too.

Through the East Longmeadow Department of Recreation, East Longmeadow residents may purchase tickets for the March 11 game until noon March 9. The tickets are priced at $10 each, with $1 from each sale directly benefitting the Suburban Cheerleading program through the Department of Recreation.

To start the game, the Senior Chorus will perform "God Bless America." Then members of the Board of Selectmen will drop the first puck.

During the first intermission of the game, all ages of Suburban Cheerleaders will perform at center ice.

For tickets visit the Recreation Department, in the Pleasantview Center on North Main Street, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets will be available until noon March 9.
