EAST LONGMEADOW -- The East Longmeadow Senior Center hosted a "90-plus" birthday party on May 20 for all members who have celebrated their 90th -- or more -- birthday in the past year.
Director Carolyn Brennan said approximately 40 members -- all over the age of 90 -- were feted at the event.
The party, which included a luncheon, cake, handmade cards by students from the special education class at Birchland Park Middle School, and entertainment, was organized by center member Ann Majewski with help from Connie Sandillo, Terry Sampson and Beverly Dimauro.
