| EAST LONGMEADOW The Board of Selectmen last week announced it is seeking applicants to fill positions on several Boards and Commissions. The Board announced vacancies on the following: the Council on Aging (two vacancies), Senior Center Study Committee (three vacancies), the East Longmeadow Housing Partnership (one vacancy), the Conservation Commission (one vacancy), and the Zoning Board of Appeals (ome Associate Member vacancy). Chairman John Claffey said, "Boards and Commissions are essential to the well-being of our community. The Board of Selectmen greatly appreciates the efforts of those who volunteer their time, and encourages others to consider pledging their talents."
