HOLYOKE – After nearly a year of serving customers through her cottage bakery in West Springfield, Comfort Bagel owner Janet Blake opened the doors to her shop at 1 Square Way in Holyoke. The doors to the shop opened on July 8, where customers lined up and waited upwards of half an hour to choose from a dozen different bagel flavors including cheddar jalapeno, onion, everything, asiago parmesan and salted rosemary.
Comfort Bagel is open from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. More information can be found on the Comfort Bagel Facebook page and Comfortbagel.com.
