Athas recognized for service to Association

Nov. 15, 2010SPRINGFIELD --At 16 Acres civic Association's Oct. 19 meeting, Association President and City Councilor Clodo Concepcion presented an award to Parks Department employee Stephen Athas for his years of service to the association. for years, Athas has donated his own time to prepare the Greenleaf Center for the group's monthly meetings.
