Cignoli to speak at the Springfield Rotary Club's July 9 meeting

SPRINGFIELD Anthony (Tony) L. Cignoli, President of A.L. Cignoli Company, will address the Springfield Rotary Club's luncheon meeting on July 9. Cignoli will discuss his life in the political arena since founding his company 18 years ago.

Personal public relations and advance services have included work for Muhammad Ali, Bob Hope, Curtis Jackson, a.k.a. 50 Cent, the New England Patriots, Tipper Gore, Al Gore (environmental work), President Bill Clinton and numerous members of the U.S. Congress and the governors of several states.

Cignoli is a veteran of many political campaigns, including the recent presidential elections in Peru, the 2006 Italian Prime Minister and Parliamentary campaigns and was engaged in 2006 in governor's races in Iowa and Maryland.

Cignoli is a frequent commentator and political analyst on local radio and television news programs in Western Massachusetts, as well as on New England Cable News, CNN and MSNBC. He is a regular resource to newspapers such as The Republican, The Boston Globe, The Berkshire Eagle, Worcestor Telegram & Gazette, The Boston Herald, The Atlanta Constitution and the Wall Street Journal.

In the presidential race, Cignoli has been an advisor and analyst during the CNN Republican and Democratic Debates as well as for the MSNBC sponsored Democratic Presidential Debate.

The Springfield Rotary Club meets every Thursday during the summer at 12:15 p.m. in the Mass Mutual Room at the Basketball Hall of Fame, West Columbus Avenue, and is a proud member of Rotary International. The Rotary luncheon, with guest speaker Tony Cignoli, is $17 per person and is open to the public.
