Springfield honors her veterans

SPRINGFIELD — The ROTC programs of the city’s high schools gathered on the steps of City Hall on Nov. 11 for the city’s annual observation of Veterans Day. Hundreds of people watched the ceremony despite cool temperatures and brisk wind.
