Hampden-Wilbraham SEPAC invites you to join us at Thornton Burgess Middle School on Feb. 12 at 7:30 p.m. as speaker Carrie Egerton explores ways to balance self care with the demands of parenting a disabled child. Carrie Egerton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Life Coach, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and owner of Well Balanced Women, a life coaching practice located at the Community Shops in Feeding Hills, focused on helping women achieve balance and better self care. Egerton is also a Certified School Adjustment Counselor and has over 15 years experience working with parents and children from pre-school age through adolescence. She has facilitated several parent groups and has presented workshops on parenting and stress management for several area community organizations and in educational settings.
