WEST SPRINGFIELD — The West Springfield Council on Aging hosted a Halloween Party at the Senior Center on Oct. 26. Prizes were awarded for the “scariest, funniest and most original costume.” Guests and attendees in costumes were given a free pasta lunch and several sweet treats. The event was sponsored by the BMC HealthNet Plan.
