WILBRAHAM – The Wilbraham Select Board met briefly on July 9 to discuss labor negotiations in an executive session and attend to routine matters. Selectman Robert Boilard was absent from the afternoon meeting.
While in open session, the Board approved the hiring of two new people to fill open positions. A new firefighter and a Police Department administrative assistant will be hired to fill empty positions. The two departments will begin potential candidate searches.
The Board also approved a temporary food establishment license for a lacrosse event at Minnechaug Regional High School.
