The building of railroad cars in Springfield is definitely good news, just before election day of course. It is good if it is the beginning of a trend. It will generate about 200 jobs, that is about the size of the graduating class of one high school. We have many high schools and colleges in the area where people are struggling to find a job upon graduating. Industry has been leaving this area for years for cheap labor countries. We need many more such enterprises.
