Why not work for the release of the Marine prisoner, Paul Whelan, rather than a drug carrying person like Brittney Griner, is an injustice to patriotic, law-abiding Americans?
It is a total travesty that Joe Biden saw fit to negotiate the release of Brittney Griner, and leave former Marine Paul Whalen in prison. Whalen has been stuck in prison for four years, and Griner’s statements – demeaning America for many years, just accentuates her – dislike for America. It’s just beyond me why she should get preference over an American hero.
Also, the exchange for such a person, who found no problem with badmouthing America, and release The Merchant of Death, Viktor Bout, who is an enemy of America, makes no sense whatsoever. Does anyone really think the exchange of a basketball player, who denounces America, for this terrorist makes sense? It’s totally beyond me.
Why would Joe Biden even consider this? To me, it’s totally unconscionable. Just where are Biden’s priorities?
Mr. Biden, you’ll have to live with this for the rest of your life, if you’ll even remember what you did. Biden really should be called to task for what he’s done.
I am also totally appalled at all of the publicity Griner has received since here return. You’d think she was an American hero, and no one seems to remember her badmouthing our fine country.
I do hope the voters of America will remember this at the next presidential election.
