The time for action regarding the election was long ago. I did not like Nixon, but no one doubted that he won the election. I am not fan of Rudy Guiliani, but he said he had over 1,000 affidavits of people who said they witnessed election “irregularities” We needed a judiciary with courage to have open trials and hearings on the matter. We needed aggressive investigative reporters. We got neither. You said you have been laying off of Facebook. I thought you were in FB jail. FB is now blocking passages from the Bible.
There are many questions, partly because poll observers were kept where they could not observe anything. That alone arouses suspicion. Then we have “secure” mail in ballots. Who knows who sent them? Are the election workers handwriting experts? The pundit O’Reilly says he has witnesses of ballots being produced in China. Will this be investigated? Reporters investigating the election of Philippine president Duarte uncovered fictitious FB accounts in China helping Duarte and Biden. Several former Senators have signed on with Chinese firms developing surveillance systems.
Neal blames Trump, which is not a surprise. But neither he nor the media mentioned that Congress controls the Capitol Police, not the President. The FBI warned them ahead of time that people were planning trouble. They were using FB and YouTube, not right-wing sites. The Capitol Police refused assistance. Why? We know that the “Bidenites” did not want congressmen objecting to the electors from some states, which is part of the Constitutional process. The riot had the effect of disrupting it. The only people arrested thus far were jokers posing for photos. Are we looking at another Reichstag fire, where the Nazis set the fire, blamed it on the Communists, and they grabbed more power. Such an investigation seems to be beyond the intellectual capabilities of many in law enforcement and the media.
The Capitol Police and the Springfield Police now have something in common. They are both being investigated by the FBI for using excessive force.
I think you are making a mistake by not stirring the pot. The alternative will be more elections where people doubt the outcome. Do we really want to become a banana republic were elections are manipulated? Of course in this political climate if you stir it you could end up unemployed.
