I want to go on record as endorsing Kelly Hemmeler for Enfield Second District Council representative. I can confidently say Kelly has the necessary qualities and skills to excel in this position. As a citizen of Enfield, Connecticut, I believe it is essential to elect leaders who are committed to improving our community and Kelly is one such leader. Kelly exemplifies the qualities needed to be a District Council representative by her honestly, fairness, thoughtfulness, and congeniality. Most importantly, she thinks first then speaks.
