DeWitt joins Springfield Falcons front office

SPRINGFIELD – The Springfield Falcons, AHL affiliate of the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets, announced on Monday that they have hired Seth DeWitt as their manager of Public and Community Relations.

DeWitt is responsible for overseeing all team communications as well as planning and executing community events. He spent the past year with the Iowa Wild (AHL) as their Corporate Activation Specialist and the two previous seasons with the Adirondack Phantoms (AHL) as their fulfillment coordinator and merchandise manager. Prior to being hired full-time, DeWitt interned with the Phantoms organization in their PR department and had the opportunity to attend the Flyers Prospect Camp where he produced content for the website and social media.

The Queensbury, N.Y., native is a graduate of Western New England College where he received his bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus in sports management.
