The Springfield Falcons continued their efforts to support the American Red Cross Pioneer Valley Chapter by delivering slippers to the chapter's headquarters on Tuesday. At a recent game, the Falcons collected pairs of slippers from fans. The item is part of a wish list the chapter has created in order to assist disaster clients during this season's frigid winter. Falcons left wing Mitch Fritz delivered the slippers to the chapter's Cottage Street offices.
