The Hampden - Wilbraham Youth Wrestling Team had six wrestler's compete in their second tournament of the season Jan. 7 at Chelmsford High School, in Chelmsford, MA. Five wrestlers brought home metals.The brother combos of Anthony and Ryan Monteiro each took second place, while 7th grader Luis Fieldman took second and younger brother, Arvin took second. Drew Weiss placed 3rd in an outstanding effort. Dylan Murphy-Mancini won his first match by a 20 second pin, however, due to a sore back had to leave. Reminder Publications submitted photo |
