| Rory Jones to speak at next Thursday Speakers Series Rory Jones, co-author of "Celiac Disease: A Hidden Epidemic" will speak on Celiac Disease, at the Thursday Speaker Series at Better Life Whole Foods. Dr. Jus Crea Giammarino will speak on the implications of celiac disease, nutritional needs, as well as answering all questions. Allergy testing will be available. Gluten-free food sampling will be provided by Bob's Red Mill, Kinnikinick, Gluten Free Pantry, Foods by George, Gillians, Foods for Life, Amy' s Pizza, Van's and Glutino. Entertainment will be by Denise Gendron. The event takes place Sept. 7th at 4:30-8 p.m., 1500 Allen Street, Springfield.
