NAMI to host mental illness education course this fall

National Alliance on Mental Illness of Western Mass (NAMI-WM) will hold a mental illness education class at Providence Hospital, Holyoke from Sept. 5-Nov. 22, 6:30-9 p.m.

The course will address: major depression, bipolar disorder/manic depression, schizophrena and schizoaffective disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder, co-occurring brain disorders, and borderline personality disorder.

The course is open to the public for friends or family members of someone with a mental illness. There is no cost to participate in the NAMI Family-to-Family Education program.
