CHICOPEE – The Greater Chicopee Chamber of Commerce sponsored the first Lights On Art & Culture in downtown Chicopee on Sept. 28. Businesses hosted a variety of artists. Ryan David Bird Larson performed outside of the chamber’s office. Herbarium owner Jonathan Evans demonstrated calligraphy in his store. The Institute of Abilities featured two artists: Amy Green Carter and owner Johnny Miranda. Other participating businesses included Avanti Cakes, which featured Eva Diaz Photography; GoodWorks Coffee House with music by Natasha Ramos; Munich Haus with music by Hobo Flatts; Studio L with art by owner Leandra Rivera and photography by David Blazze; and Video Game Castle with board game demonstrations.
