Behaylo a member of National Family Care Real Estate Network

Date: 7/19/2010

LONGMEADOW Michael Behaylo, a sales associate with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Longmeadow, has received a charter membership into the FamilyCare Real Estate Network, a program of the National Caregivers Library.

The National Caregivers Library (www.Caregivers-Lib-rary.org) is one of the largest single sources in the country for information, tools and checklists for caregivers and seniors. It makes its resources available to caregivers for free through alliances with professionals, businesses and other organizations who serve seniors and their caregivers with a variety of products and services.

Behaylo received this prestigious membership based on his demonstrated commitment to assisting seniors and their adult children with the often complex and emotional aspects of real estate and housing issues. Part of his commitment was to obtain the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) professional designation by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales associates who obtain this designation are qualified to assist seniors in making wise decisions about selling the family home, buying replacement or investment property, managing the capital gains and estate tax implications of owning or selling real estate, obtaining a reverse mortgage, and moving to a senior community.

"Michael is able to provide remarkable service and has gained the knowledge and the tools necessary to become a trusted resource for seniors and their caregivers," Theresa Lindsey, sales manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Longmeadow office, said. "Michael has an understanding of how emotional it can be for seniors to sell their home, which is most often their largest asset."

Behaylo can be reached directly at 530-0374.
